FAQs

When do I pay?

After our initial consultation, you will pay for the number of days you want planned. Once I've created your itinerary and you've approved of the invoice, you will pay for all necessary bookings (don't worry, I'll do the grunt work).

What if one of my bookings gets cancelled?

I will notify you as soon as I'm informed, and you will receive the refund from the company. Passenger Seat Travel and Moriah Sitz are not responsible for cancellations or changes to bookings. Unfortunately, these things can happen and are out of my control. Travel insurance is never a bad idea! For more information, review the terms and conditions.

Can I get in touch for support during my trip?

I will be happy to help as much as I can, but time zones can create some issues with efficiency! I can ensure a response to messages within one business day, but don't worry, I will provide resources for help on location. 

What if plans change? Can I get a reimbursement?

Once you've paid per days to be planned, you will have 24 hours to let me know if that number of days needs to be changed. Any bookings that need to be cancelled can be at any point, but reimbursement will be dependent on corresponding companies' policies. After 24 hours, any possible changes can be made for a fee of $25 per change.
